Usage instructions
For 1.0 kcal/ml preparation — Per serving = 200ml (~200 kcal):
- Pour 160ml warm water into a container, add 3 level scoops (enclosed) of powder. Stir well until dissolved.
For 1.5 kcal/ml preparation — Per serving = 200ml (~300 kcal):
- Pour 140ml water, add 4.5 level scoops (enclosed) of powder. Stir well until dissolved.
Recommended dosage for complete nutrition: 1500 kcal per day.
