INBA PNBA PRO/AM ASIA NATURAL GAMES 2025 is back 19-20 September 2025!
INBA is a global bodybuilding federation dedicated to natural bodybuilding and has a strong enforcement through anti-doping. The coveted natural bodybuilding event will be making a grand return with an impressive category list giving all a stage to showcase their progress and hard work. The bodybuilding show is split into two big sections:
- Amateur Categories / Pro-qualifiers
- Pro-categories (where seasoned athletes compete for cash prizes)

Please do refer to the booking website for the full list of categories that you'd like to compete in. Of all the show sections, the angel category is an interesting highlight. It has elements of pageantry and focuses on a blend of fashion and fitness when it comes to posing. Have a look at last year's winner.
