Enjoy a delicious high protein vegan smoothie while your celebrate Singapore's birthday!

Happy birthday Singapore! Get into the mood of National Day with this protein-rich red and white smoothie that's packed with probiotics and vitamins too. Boost your immune system while celebrating the nation!

Macros (per serving)

  • 13g protein
  • 34g carbohydrates
  • 2.5g fat
  • 4g fibre

Red and White Smoothie (makes 2 servings)

White layer:

Red layer:

  • 1/3 cup chopped red dragon fruit

  • 2/3 cup chopped red watermelon

Toppings (optional):

  • Cut banana pieces or any cut fruits

Instructions

  • In a blender, blend ingredients for white layer. Distribute evenly into 2 glass jars. Give the blender a rinse.

  • Next, blend ingredients for red layer. Pour into the 2 glass jars over the white layer.

  • Using a spoon, push the red layer downwards and make swirls. Top off with more red smoothie if needed.

  • Cut banana pieces, if preferred. Top over the smoothie and serve immediately.
