My order was not shipped for 5 weeks. I reached out email given in their Shop account after 2 weeks, no response. The person running the Messenger account told me I should use the website chat, never got a response there either.
Went to their Instagram chat and got told it wasn’t processed since they forgot to fulfil it and it’d be shipped out in 2 days.
Reach out again after a week, was told it’d ship out that day.
Reached out again 2 days later and finally got a tracking link.
Also received my order in 10 packs rather than 5 packs as they ran out of stock, but at that point I was just happy to receive my order.
This was some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. The only reason it’s not 1 star is because the person running their Instagram account was responsive.
