Questions & Answers (Q&A)
How does one Touku plaster compare to standard drugstore patches? ▼
Each Touku sheet is 15 cm × 12 cm (180 cm²), which is 5.7 times the surface area of a standard 7 × 4.5 cm drugstore patch (31.5 cm²). One sheet covers a shoulder, a knee, or the lower back. For detailed dimension measurements and surface area analysis, read our plaster audit and comparison guide.
Which plaster format should I choose? ▼
Kaiser produces three distinct traditional formulations:
• Touku Balm (15×12 cm): Warming herbal plaster for joint and back stiffness.
• Herbal Soothe (14.5×11.5 cm): Cooling herbal plaster for post-exercise recovery.
• Huo Xue Yao Bu (15×10 cm): Botanical plaster with herbal extracts.

Which packs qualify for free shipping? ▼
The 100-plaster options (20 packs of 5, or 10 packs of 10) and factory boxes include free worldwide tracked air shipping. Smaller trial quantities calculate real-time rates at checkout.
Can I cut a plaster smaller? ▼
Yes. Trim it with scissors to fit a wrist, elbow, ankle or Achilles before removing the film.
Packs of 5 or packs of 10? ▼
It is the same plaster. Choose the pack size that best suits how you use them.
Why do plasters come in heavy foil zip-lock pouches? ▼
Botanical essential oils (such as camphor and mentha) are volatile. Sealed aluminum zip-lock pouches prevent essential oils from evaporating between uses, keeping all plasters fresh.
How long do I wear one? ▼
As directed on the pack insert.
