Basic High Protein Bread (Vegan Protein BioTechUSA)

Bread, a breakfast staple, can be macros-friendly too! Here’s a simplified bread recipe to boost your mornings.
Ingredients:
- 225ml warm water (45 degrees C)
- 53g raw sugar
- 2.5g active dry yeast
- 2.5g salt
- 30ml grapeseed/canola oil
- 309g all-purpose or bread flour
- 31g BioTechUSA protein powder

Directions:
- In powder together in a medium sized bowl. Mix this into the wet mixture one cup at a time.
- Tip dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead dough for 7 minutes with floured hands.
- Grease another large bowl, and transfer the dough into it. Cover with a damp cloth. Allow to rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
- Punch dough down. Knead for 1 minute and divide in half. Shape into a loaf and place into 1 greased 11 inch loaf pan.
- Allow to rise for 30 minutes, or until dough has risen about 2.5cm above pans.
- Bake at 175 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, till top is browned.
- Remove from oven, let it cool in the pan for 10-20 minutes, till cool enough to touch.
- Loosen the sides with a flat utensil and turn the pan over. Shake gently to remove the bread.
- Let cool for at least 1 hour before cutting.
- Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
