Serving Instructions
For a rich, creamy tasting shake, add two scoops (30g) of WHEY to 200ml of water, or milk (dairy and nut are both fine). Mix in a blender for the best possible creamy texture. If using a shaker bottle, shake for 25-30 seconds.
