3 Overnight Breakfast Recipes made with Prana On Vegan Protein Powder

Always in a rush early in the morning? Save time by preparing your breakfast the night before with these 3 recipes! 

1. Pink Ombré Protein Oat Jars

 Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp Granulated stevia 
1 tsp white Chia seeds
1 serve Prana on Protein Powder
1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
1/2 cup water

Directions:

1. In a container add all the ingredients.  
2. Put the lid on
3. Give it a good shake.
4. Put in the fridge overnight or for 30 mins
5. Top it off with a fruit

 

2. Berry Mango Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup coconut water
40g Prana on Power Plant Protein - vanilla creme
1 tsp granulated stevia
Ice

Directions:

1. Blend until smooth
2. Add coconut water to your desired consistency

3. Decorate by topping your favourite fruits

 

3. PRANA ON Proats

Ingredients:

1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 tsp Granulated stevia
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp psyllium powder
1 scoop of your PRANA ON protein
1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
1/2 to 1 cup of water

Directions:

1. In a container add all the ingredients.  
2. Put the lid on

3. Give it a good shake
4. Put in the fridge overnight
